Join us on April 10, 2021 for our 6th Annual Golf Tournament supporting Music at Strawberry Crest!

 

The tournament is at Bloomingdale Golfers Club.  8:00 shotgun start!    

 

You can register online by filling the form below and pay for the entry fees using the  check out option at the bottom of the page. Or if you prefer, simply print the registration form and send it in with your cash/check payment.  

 

We will have Super Tickets available again!  $20 each - includes entry into the contests, 1 mulligan, 1 drink ticket along with additional donation to the program.  And don't forget about the ball drop!  $10 each entry with a 50/50 prize to the winner!  Sponsorships are available as well!  Your business can support the Orchestra and Band of Strawberry Crest through a hole, table or tournament sponsorship!  All sponsorship funds go directly to the music program!
